How do I use easy returns?
Visit szybkiezwroty.pl and complete the short form. Make sure you enter the correct telephone number: a 10-digit code will be sent to that number for you to enter at the parcel locker when sending your return.
The service costs PLN 11.99 including VAT. This charge will be deducted from your refund.
Important: packing your return
Please protect the parcel properly. Do not put adhesive tape directly on a shoe box or send a product in only a shopping bag. Place it in secure packaging, preferably thick paper or protective plastic packaging, using bubble wrap, stretch film and adhesive tape. Products must arrive safely at our returns department.
Seal the prepared parcel and place it in the parcel locker.
