Collecting online orders in person
- The hurtowniainstalatora.pl online shop allows customers to purchase products presented on its website directly at the shop owner's premises and at collection points available to select during checkout.
- Customers may reserve products online through the shopping basket by placing an order for collection in person at the shop owner's premises. Products reserved in this way will not be sent to the customer's address. They will be delivered to the collection point, where the customer may inspect and purchase them by paying in the physical shop using the selected payment methods. The sales contract is concluded when the customer collects the goods in the shop, having inspected and accepted them and paid for the order.
- Reserving products for collection in person does not require electronic confirmation or advance payment. A summary of the reservation for collection at the customer's selected point is sent to the email address provided.
- Once all products are ready, the customer receives confirmation by email or telephone that they may be purchased at the shop owner's premises. The indicated products remain reserved for 4 calendar days. If they are not collected within that period, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
Important information
The seller reserves the right to cancel an order or reservation with the collection-in-person option if the product has been damaged or is unavailable after the specified collection deadline.
