Processing of personal data
Please be informed that the processing of personal data by the entrepreneur Mateusz Twardosz, trading as MATT REMAY GROUP Mateusz Twardosz, with its registered office at ul. Jana Heweliusza 1, 30-726 Kraków, Małopolskie, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 6793020519 and business register number (REGON) 122975023 (the Controller), takes place in accordance with Polish law, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the personal data processing security policy, including the IT system management instructions.
Data subjects are guaranteed the rights to access their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office of the Republic of Poland), and not being subject to profiling.
Processing for the Controller's purposes requires the data subject's explicit and freely given consent, or arises from the need to perform civil-law contracts, or from a legitimate interest in the case of marketing activities. The Controller does not disclose personal data without the data subjects' explicit consent or a legal basis, and does so only under a written data processing agreement for outsourced accounting services.
In connection with its business activities, the Controller processes the personal data of associates, suppliers and buyers. Processing continues until the transaction has been completed and settled, until the expiry of periods related to record keeping, accounting and the performance of obligations under civil-law contracts, or until the purpose of processing changes. The Controller may also process personal data to pursue claims and handle complaints. Personal data is obtained directly from the data subject.
Providing personal data is required to place and fulfil an order and is entirely voluntary for marketing of the Controller's activities.
